I attended Ball State as did my husband and many of our close friends. It's a fun college in that it's not too big, but still offers a great experience. There are many excellent programs offered although their nursing and education are considered top notch. I'm also familiar with some of their graduate programs as several close friends/ family members received their advanced degrees from Ball State. This school is a very large public school. It has a wonderful library, auditorium, and a really nice teachers college. However, it's dining service seems to rely mainly on the fried foods, and offers only a few locations with more healthy food. The price is good compared to other schools around the state of Indiana.
