Blessed to Sleep in late and catch the afternoon or evening servie? then you will avoid the crowds at IHOP after morning services. Sleep In till 9-9:30 clean up for the day and arrive at breakfast by 10:30 and still get seated promptly and enjoy the great food and wonderful service! Great Value for the Price and easy to go shopping afterward.
Pros: Great Food and Selection
Cons: Too bad we don't have one on the east side of town
